Women in five groups of age did more physical activity than men by 6,7% ;13% ;10,2% ;9,9% and 0,4% respectively. There was a dramatic statistic in the number of women doing regular physical activity between that of men .The percentage of female doing frequent exercise was around 50%. Nevertheless, the percentage of male doing exercise regularly was around 41%.
Male youngsters doing physical activity at 52,8% was higher than female youngsters at 47,7% by 5,1%.
Overall, people in Australia did exercise regularly in 2010. However, in five age groups except the age from 15 to 24, the percentage that ladies did physical activity was much higher than that of gentlemen. Only the group from 15 to 24 did male youngsters do more exercise than female youngsters
