IELTS writing task 1

Hello, please assess my writing please?. I am going to take the tests in the upcoming month and writing is my weakest skill. I really need some feedback with a view to improving my ability. Thank you so much!

This is the topic:

The diagram below shows how the Australian Bureau of Meteorology collects up-to-the-minute information on the weather in order to produce reliable forecasts.

And here is my essay:

The given figure illustrates the method which is utilized by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology to gather the latest weather related data with a view to providing the audience with precise forecasts.

There are a total of four stages, the first step is to collect the information from different sources. This information is then examined, arranged and shown public.

Looking at the diagram in more detail, at the beginning of the process, the necessary data is collected by three sources which are satelllite, radar and drifting buoy respectively. Moving on to the next step, the information received through radar is analysed and presented as radar screen and sypnotic chart for further research, while data collected from drifting bouy can only be shown throw sypnotic chart. As for the figures gained from satellite, they can be indicated by all three mentioned types of images.

At the third stage of the process, the final results are arranged by a computer system to prepare for the official broadcast. Then these forecasts are publicized through three different means of media which are television news, radio and recorded announcement.
