The pie chart represents the proportion of 5 kinds of fuel manufactured in France between 1995 and 2005.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the percentage of coal, gas and petro occupied the most in both years. Whereas, nuclear and other types of energy generated the least. In general, there was a dramatical increased in the total percentage of gas, coal, nuclear and other kinds with the exception of petrol.
In the year 1995, coal was the source produced the most (29.80%). Standing at 29.63% and 29.27% respectively, gas and petrol productions are moderately lower than that of coal. The percentage of nuclear product was negligible.
In the next decade, there was a slight growth and remained the highest in the coal production rate, making up for approximately 40%. The proportion of gas and nuclear production witnessed a significant rise to 30.31 and 10.10% respectively, while those for petro decreased considerably, stood at 19.55%. Other source of power which increased in production by 4.2%.
