Some people believe that the eating habit and lifestyle have negative effects on children's life, especially their health. In my opinion, the children's routines about eating and living have changed dramatically which has dangerous influences. Therefore, I'll present my point of view in detail about its drawbacks in this essay.
First of all, we are what we eat. Nowadays, life is getting busier and more crowded, so we need some food which is convenient, fast and delicious, it is fast food. It seems to be an addictive food, the more you eat, the faster habits form. Not only teenagers like eating pizza and other junk food but also many adults, so that the number of people who eat fast food rises incredibly. Although teenagers are adolescents, they need to consume good food to grow up strongly and healthily. Fast food is one of the biggest reasons which make people obesity which is becoming common illness and death of young people recently.
Moreover, the bad routines daily of them absolutely force under their health and relationship. More and more, children are lack of socializing with other people, because they spend most of their time on scrolling through the social platforms and playing computer games which have beneficial outcomes to train their minds. Other way, youngsters get sick because they never do exercises, even they have written themselves off, teenagers need getting a huge of attention, though.
In conclusion, eating habits and lifestyle influence on people's health negatively, especially youngsters. The parents and themselves need to aware of the healthy habits and way of life which are bread and butter to avoid diseases
