my essay:
In some countries, some individuals believe that allocating an enormous amount of money for constructing railway lines for increasing the speed of train between cities is really crucial. While others contend that the budget must be spend on developing existing public transport.
To begin, nowadays owing to hectic and active lifestyle mostly dwellers need fast and convenient public transport for commuting among cities. Thereby, constructing new railway lines for fast train can provide beneficial opportunity for people to arrive at their destiny in short time with out wasting time. This can have many advantages for one country. To cite an example there are some merits which are restricted to one city in one country generally in capital city such as medical services or level of science improvement, having safe and fast train transport will give an enthusiasm to expert doctors and professors to share their knowledge in other cities without wasting time in road.
On the other side, opposing people believe that countries wealth investing on improving and renovating existing public transport vehicles instead of constructing new railway for train will be more beneficial. As rule, there are several common public transport vehicles such as taxis, buses and airplanes, which had been created at the prime of appearing cities in any countries which have some difficulties and drawbacks for passengers to travel. devoting a big budget for reconstructing these existing public transports to transfer passengers to their destinies fast and comfort will enhance the resident's satisfaction.
To conclude, both views could be helpful for residents and both are constructive plans for developing one country, with regard to the cities position each one would be preferable.
