Nowadays, young people admire media and sports stars though they often do not set a good example. Do u think this is a positive or negative development.

A phenomenon appears that teenagers adore clebrities and sport stars who a controversial personality. In my opinion, this may bring some disadvantages to the society as it is negative development.

First, young people may imitate celebrities inappropriate manners. Some individuals want to gain popularity popularity by displaying few actions which are not encouraged and welcomed. Besides, thanks to social media and other platforms, the world is becoming smaller that leads to quick spread, these actions are witnessed by a huge number of people. Different from who with consciousness, others may be not mature enough to judge what is suitable within their society. As a result, they show a propensity for copying those stars, even if their actions go against the cultural value of some localities.

Moreover, such reverence for celebrities in the entertainment industry would possibly cause a detriment to social security. For example, some stars used to have some unacceptable behaviour and attitudes. After the past is disclosed, while the majority of audience will no longer support them, there is still a huge number of fans indulging in sophisms. Consequently, a quarrel breaks out that sometimes poses a serious threat to safety. In particular, there were two groups having the biggest fan wars during that period of time. A fan girl with an injured face bleeding even came to her idols’ meeting to tell him about the achievement she had completed

In conclusion, respect someone is not wrong. However, as some stars do not set good role models, the subject should be carefully chosen to become a source of motivation and inspiration.
