In our modernized era, global tensions are being reduced and patriotic spirits are being expressed by international sporting occasions in a positive way. I totally agree with this and the reasons are as follows.

To commence with , the events like FIFA World Cup creates great opportunity to bring together enemy nations and breaks down prejudice set by their governments. Owing to international sport contests sport fans from different countries have a unique chance to enjoy watching sport all together more than separately from one another. As it doesn’t matter whether they are in favor of or not their governments political views and decisions.

Since sportsmen are considered to be representatives of their countries, they try to do their best and show their skills to come out on top. As every athlete wants his country to be a winner and stand out in the multitude. Thus the international sport events like FIFA World Cup or Olympic games are the best options for patriots to release their patriotic emotions in a secure way.
