Topic: When choosing a job, salary is the most important consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Some people think that when they apply for future career, wage is the most crucial factor to consider. While I agree that salary is always needed for maintaining one's financial ability, there are other factors that have to be met first before caring about income.

On the one hand, it is true that everyone's aim in taking a job is getting high salary, and becoming rich in the future. Nowadays, most of people who are asked about the key option in choosing their future career pick salary, and they do not only want to remain stable in finance but also have a prosperous life, they need a company which can ensure them a good quality life. For example, if a teenager has been living in a poor condition family, it is no doubt that the first priority of picking his/her future enterprise is to find a high-income job to help his/her parents. In other words, salary is an important choice in some cases.

On the other hand, young adults should take some other considerations before thinking about salary. Firstly, passion is always encourage by predecessors to teenagers when they are about to apply for a job. Passions is something that lights you, drives the fire inside you, and when you mix it with commitment and talent, you can create anything. There are many real life examples of famous people who has been very successful in their lives though the job the chose was not a high-income one at that time. There message to young people is always about pursuing your goals and you will get what you want. Secondly, one should choose a job that is appropriate his/her true ability. You can not work or study in a major which requires many skills exceeding your own capability.
