"Write about the following topic: Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. It’s right to exclude males and females from certain professions because of their gender?"
--> In many parts of the world, there were now greater equality between men and women in their own occupations. They presented themselves as having important roles, making up social-advanced things and equality. Nevertheless, the gender gap still tend to be particularly large in the fields of profession related to strengths.
Because of gender equality, many people believe that women and men were entirely equal in all fields of the life society. However, in my view, this situation can be addressed by excluding men and women from certain occupations.
One logical reason would be for employers to separate their male and female employees from certain jobs to avoid being considered as excessively and to ensure that their working women are not forced to overwork, and of course, pay them the relevant salaries. Male employees tend to earn more and enjoy more promotions than females because of the characteristics of their work. I emphasize that this comparisons related to strengths and weaknesses and were not other professions such as: science, medicine, physics which did not relate to intellectual works.
Some people think that why they are excluded from each other because of gender differences, they can do the same for equivalent work. It means that, women will do the similar work with working men but less than them, and they agree that they will enjoy fewer wages. This is possible solution, but I have some interrogative reason. We all are seeking to address gender inequality, and this purport to back to this problem because earning less is a reason to further encourage inequality.
It is particularly true to say that the problem of gender inequality can not be solved quickly, but we still need to take action. And excluding males and females from certain professions relate to strengths is a feasible solution.
