As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual well-being. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?
Tremendous number of people spends the main part of their life time at work. Their happiness, physical and spiritual satisfaction are directly connected with their job.
Today money is becoming sole purpose of living for loads of people. In order to earn more and more they work at several places at the same time to maintain safe and colorful childhood for their children and financial welfare for whole family. In this case many people forget about their well-being and satisfaction concentrating only on one thing - earn money. But for many people satisfaction from job is indispensable and there are several factors contributing to it.
Firstly, an employee can be satisfied from his job if he does the job without compulsion. Employee will enjoy his job and be satisfied if he chooses the job himself doing his beloved work. This is vita for both employees and employers because if an individual does his beloved job he will complete it on time and perfectly. Secondly, the team work is the one of the most important factors of employees' satisfaction because a person can feel that he is not alone and is surrounded with people who will help him in any difficult condition. Finally, employers should pay quality attention on their workforce giving them new opportunities for further promotion. However, they should help them financially when they are in need, do not abuse them compelling to work than eight hours and give a chance to have a leisure time and spend time on vacations. I do believe that all workers should be satisfied, of course, expectations and dreams frequently do not come true but employers should do their best in order to satisfy their workers and, undoubtedly, vice versa.
In conclusion, summarizing all above-mentioned factors one can makes a conclusion that there should be sympathy and understanding between employers and employees in order to avoid difficulties and achieve success.
