This is because you will face many challenges during that, like a new boss, new colleagues, and new workplace.
By contrast, opponents of this view, point out that working for a single firm has more advantages. They argue that, if we work for a single company, we have more chance to get a promotion or raise. However, changing your job means starting from scratch, while they believe that life is not too long to face the difficulties of a new job such as discussing with a new manager, decrease in income, and immersing ourselves in a new situation. Also, they believe starting a new job increases the level of stress, which has a negative influence on our mental and physical health.
Overall, although starting a new job has many challenges, and each time you may have to start from the beginning, I believe the pros of working for several organizations outweigh the negative points. Personally, I think working for different companies is essential to increasing our experiences and prevent becoming bored in our career.
