The chart illustrates the proportion of spent restaurant foods and homemade food in four different years and indicates the figure for two discrepancy restaurant type.
As can be seen the chart, people'tendency to have meal outside recovered sharply between 1970 and 2000.Just 10% food budget spent on restaurant meals in 1970.This percentage increased double approximately 35% in 1990. And it continued to surge steadily about 50% in 2000.
In addition, the most significant point in the line chart is that although both the number of fast food and sitdown restaurant meals start same point at 20 meals,it had two divergence ending.In thirty years period,sitdown restaurant meals rose gradually from 35 in 1980 to 55 in 2000.Meanwhile,fast food only 25 meals in1980.However,it rocketed dramatically and reached the peak at with 87 meals.In general,people tens eat in the restaurant and fast food is more widespread in recent years.
