What problems do children face in today’s world? What should we do to address or solve these problems?

The world today people are living in is full of scientific and technological as well as community advances. Along with this development, children these days are obliged to counter various problems which did not exist in the previous eras. Nevertheless, there are still pragmatic actions to take with a view to mitigating these issues.

One of the problems children today have to face is the addiction to technological devices, such as television or computer. When their temptation exceeds the limit of merely means of relaxation, children are apt to suffer considerably from these devices. Such pernicious corrolaries as backache, fatigue and ultimately, myopia would indubitably ensue if children overuse their devices. Another issue worth considering is that the state of obesity among children is increasing at an alarming rate. This is due to the fact that life nowadays is so busy that parents have to other choice than not to cook and supply their children with fast food.

Some tacks are available to be implemented to alleviate these issues. First, in order to prevent game addiction, parents ought to closely supervise their children. They should negotiate the proper amount of time the children’s computer use and television-watching can take. In addition, parents are well-advised to spend more time playing wholesome games with their children, like chess,… Second, so as to curb risks of obesity, it is advisable for parents to incentivize their children to play sports. An hour of cycling or footballing a day might prove to be an efficacious way to control weight.

All in all, the most comprehensive way to solve issues concerning technology addiction and overweightness is for parents to get better control of and care more for their children.
