Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
A lot of underdeveloped countries are given charity in terms of money by developed countries, while this is a wonderful gesture, I strongly believe what these less fortunate countries need is different kinds of help.
To begin with, giving financial aid to underdeveloped countries is always a great thing to do because it does help them, but for a limited period of time. In the long term though, teaching them how to grow their own food and manufacture their own goods, will come a long way. The second world countries, as they are called, have extremely unstable economy; therefore, instead of giving them cash the developed countries should teach them ways in which they can increase their economy and uplift their citizens, by building industries for them and show them how manufacturing is done because this will ensure an ongoing development in the country.
Most of the underdeveloped countries do not have simple things like drinking water, homes to live in or schools to attend. Building homes, schools, hospitals and water sources for them will help them in variety of ways including health benefits and learning opportunity. Teaching farming would be an incredible idea to help the country grow their own food and also export it to other countries.
To conclude, in the near future if all the financially stable countries came together to help the less fortunate countries by building wells, homes, hospitals and schools, there would be no poverty in this world, no children would starve to death. I hope the world changes in the ways the poor are aided.
