Some people think that developing countries need financial help from international organizations. Others think that it is practical aid and advice that is needed.

Discuss these views and give your own opinion.

Several people think that second-countries should receive financial aids from the first countries, while others believe that practical support and useful advice are more likely to be necessary. I argue that both methods play an important role in such countries’ development.

On the one hand, there are various benefits associated with financial support from wealthy countries for received nations. The foremost is that financial assistance contributes to economic development. In other words, nations which receive financial aids can spend on infrastructure, public services, the countries’ transport network, healthcare as well as education. In addition, financial help from affluent countries can alleviate social problems in developing countries. Specifically, such support allows developed countries to reduce crime and poverty rates by providing more food and affordable accommodation for people who earn meager income, leading to the better quality of life and a decent living standard.

On the other hand, hands-on aid and good advice have a positive effect on the improvement of countries. Hands-on support seems to be a solution for sustainable development. This means that technology transferring and labor force training have a long-lasting impact on developing countries, shorting the gap between the first counties and the second ones. Additionally, practical support and advice are indispensable for further development of developing areas. Indeed, if citizens’ knowledge and scientific literacy are on basic levels, these countries are not likely to move towards no matter how much financial aid they receive.

In conclusion, although financial help from developed nations is attributable to the growth of the second countries’ economy, it seems to me that practical assistance and advice also result in a productive and prosperous nation in the long term.
