Nowadays, it is no doubt that there are many vital aspects affecting the choice of fulfilling a profession. Multitudinous individuals hold a belief that salary is a decisive factor, while others aver that pleasant experience is more essential. My firm conviction is that working with pleasure should take pride of place.

It is no denying that job satisfaction may benefits employees for several reasons. Firstly, it is often believed that those who can apply for their desired professions can work more effectively. Indeed, as they work in a friendly and relaxing environment, they can be motivated and encouraged to further their abilities as well as their academic standards through performance appraisals. Moreover, this can lead to the enhancement in their outputs, such as productivity and efficiency. To exemplify, they can come up with more creative ideas to manage the company or to finish their assignments effectively and properly, which in addition, helps them to gain more chances of career progressions and earn more income.

Another crucial factor is that there can be a considerable improvement in their physical health as well as their mentality. As today, the workplace is immensely stressful because they have to work overtime to compete with other colleagues and other organizations to obtain better results, which may worsen their health. However, in a less stressful environment, they may not be under great pressure, which is beneficial for their health. They can spend more time doing exercises, relaxing, or entertaining after work to become healthier.

Nevertheless, today, money is becoming increasingly crucial in people’s lives. It is money which can help people to buy food and other necessities, so it is understandable that loads of workers choose an occupation because of its highly- paid aspect. Not only do they need to afford their basic living, it is indispensable that they also earn more so that they can use that sum of money in emergency cases.

In conclusion, regardless of the importance of money, I firmly concur with the view that employees should take their interest and incongruousness in professions into careful consideration, other aspects may pale into insignificance.
