Everyone should adopt a vegetarian diet because eating meat can cause serious health problems

Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

It is argued that people should have a vegetarian diet issues instead of eating meat in order to screen out severe health. I completely agree this point of view for several reasons

One reason is that there are a variety of nutrients in a vegetarian diet, which makes people have a healthier body. To be more specific, it has been scientifically proven that vegetarian portions can traditionally provide the human body with a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other so as to grow and stay healthy. For example, lettuce and beans are rich in fiber, while watermelon is a great source of vitamin E. Additionally, strict vegetarians often follow a planned eating schedule, which means they can easily resisted the temptation to eat unhealthy snacks and thus and keep in good shape.

Another reason is that being a vegetarian helps people avert a wide range of life-threatening diseases such as cancer,diabetes or obesity. For example, an Indian study shows that people who have a diet rich in vegetables have a longer life expectancy than others whose diet are rich in meat. It also infers that vegetarians could have a superior immune system to resist severe health problems to prolong their lifespan. Furthermore, a vegetarian portion tends to be more wholesome because chemical preservatives are less used in food processing. As a result, we could avoid food-safety issues and food poisoning as well.

In conclusion, i would argue that a vegetarian diet should be more pervasively adopted than eating meat, because of its benefits for our health and its ability to help us stay away from negative health symptoms.
