Space Travel is one of the priorities of advanced countries realizing the significance of the exploration. However, third world countries prefer to address the basic needs of their people rather than engaging in space discoveries. Which is the more important priority? Give your reasons to support your answer.
In a first world country space travel is seemingly promising and realizing its potential. Though in an under develop nation space travel is not their priority list, instead focusing on the other direction. Which is more relevant?
In a country such as United States of America travelling to outer space has been a goal to reach for so many wealthy individuals. This people have enough resources to fund a researcher that will create an opportunity to help humankind reach the outer space and discover what it can offer. Take the Tesla company as model which is owned by a business mogul namely Elon Musk, He was exhorting all his effort to be one of the first man in mars at all cost in no time. In addition, another billionaire from European Union who owns a huge company called Virgin Company tries and becomes the first billionaire to explore outer space using an aircraft develop by his own company. Mainly for some the goals and visions of this individual are questionable due to the fact that no one has ever than it before and funds should be allocated for other purposes.
On the other hand, developing country are focusing their resources in addressing several issues, such as economic growth, poverty, illiteracy, environmental pollution, territorial disputes to name a few. There are several considerations why such nation is not interested in space travel, Imagine this kind of travel is extraordinary it requires huge amount of funding and some nation cannot afford it, for example, that money alone is enough to send a student to medicine school and be a doctor, could be nurse, or a lawyer or it could put up a school for our future leaders. The budget of wealthy individual for space travel is enough to feed a starving nation in Africa as an example. Furthermore, technologically speaking developing countries does not have capability to sustain the requirements for reasearch, studies, experiments to reach the situation that they can afford space travel in short it takes a lot of toll in their resources.
Overall, travelling is beneficial for number of reasons. However, in my humble opinion travelling outside earth is less relevant, what is more important is helping other nations feed their starving individual, sending less fortunate to school or paying someone's medical bills.
