It is undoubtedly true that life is getting more and more stressful in this modern world. As stress gradually becomes a serious matter of concern, various causes of and solutions to that issue have been widely discussed.
There are two principle reasons contributing to the fact that people are finding it more difficult escaping from everyday grind. Heavy workload from workplaces and schools, pointed out in countless studies, stand the first place in making life tense. According to a research conducted by the national university of South Korea, 37.5 percent of modern people has a tendency of making use of their free time to fulfill or complete their tasks. The second point which explains the given phenomenon is the situation in which expectation is not lived up. Targets and goals, on the one hand, are of essence in helping individuals pave their ways towards future careers and lives. But on the other hand, people could easily go up the wall in the event that those mentioned factors are not satisfied.
As stress affects severely to the quality of people’s lives, many solutions to that problem have been suggested by thousands of doctors and psychologists. People are advised to improve both their physical and mental health as an effective way to reduce stress in lives. By taking part in yoga classes, doing morning exercises, having some entertainment or just sitting down in their privacy doing nothing, to some extent, stress could be eliminated. Moreover, not only are companies advised to reduce the workload per each employee but they also are in charge of setting policies which help workers define again the so-called “life”.
To sum up, since stress progressively has a huge impact on our lives, each individual should figure out the causes and search for remedies in order to bring peace and quiet back to their souls.
