Some argue that it is the responsibility of the parents to teach children about healthy eating habits, whereas others believe that teachers should be responsible for teaching their students how to eat in a healthy way.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

There is no doubt that a healthy eating habit will give you all of the nutrients and minerals so that all of your body can absorb and develop. That is why children must be educated this as soon as possible. All of the children have to be grown up with a strong constitution in order to make their country go up. But we have to put a query against that, who will be in charge of telling children this very simple but extremely necessary fact.

Firstly, some people believe that parents are people who have the responsibility to remind them occasionally. Parents are the first people that their children met in their lives, so what parents do and tell will affect their children behavior. They must always notice their progeny's lifestyle, encourage them to eat alternative types of food and tell them whenever the kids consume enough amount of food.

However, teachers have a big important role in teaching them how to eat in a right way. They have a wide knowledge and they know exactly which dishes are good for your health and reverse. Teachers can explain to their students in a simple and scientifical way, so kids will understand whether that food is profitable and will not bring illness to them.

Overall, my view is that a balanced and nutritious eating style should be first instructed by parents. Parents will be the one who creates their progeny personality and lifestyle, so they need to model themselves to their offspring before giving them to school to received a good education from teachers.
