TOPIC: Some people believe that individuals who have graduated from university deserve a higher salary than those who have not. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion

As the fact that is on the way to globalize, modernize and industrialize between countries, therefore, the education gradually becomes imperative. On grounds of that, it is often argued whether university graduate should earn more wages than those who have not graduated. In my opinion, we should appreciate individuals who have completely finished their education

First, to obtain university certificate, one must study very hard and continuously, totally focus on academy and also partake in social activities and get by with tuition fees. Moreover, students can frequently exercise their flexibility, perseverance, creativity, hospitality in school environment. As a result, graduated individuals are likely to meet all the requirements demanded for the paper work. Hence, they absolutely deserve a higher salary than manual workers.

On the other hand, people who have not graduated tend to have more life experience, because they officially have a full-time job earlier than graduates. However, from my perspective, graduated employees will be as skillful as others in no time as they were taught how to widen their outlook properly in university. For example, since they make more contact in commerce and society, they will progressively be more confident and outspoken as well but people who have not graduated will never be able to learn academic theories and stabilize their knowledge as alumnus

To sum up, university certificates always override unprofessional layman. Thus, graduate worth higher income than people who have not graduated owning to their effort, money and time put in academics
