IELTS Task 2

Topic: Getting a job straight is a positive or negative development

Most of the teenagers around the world think about other methods to pursue their careers after high school because of the increasing tuition of universities. I come up with an opinion that this is an optimistic project.

The option to get a job straight after graduating from high school is attractive for several reasons. Students are the first to benefit. They won’t be stressed since they will not have to take the college or university entrance examination. Here is a real example from my hometown, a 12th-grade student had come down with a mental disease by reason of learning too much, and he couldn’t participate in the graduation exam. In addition, young people, who decide to find work can settle earlier it means that they will afford their own home in a short time. Besides that, they may have chances to gain experience and practical skills.

For the families of young people, they will reduce the financial burden, got away with a debt due to they don’t have not to pay the fee. Moreover, parents can be assured of their children. In Vietnam, parents only get a peace of mind when their sons or daughters get a fine profession with high-income.

Furthermore, if this development continues well, it can ensure a balance in work, avoiding the situation of too many masters and lack of laborers. The authorities not only cut down on pressure on subsidy but also grow the economy.

For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that students should choose different directions to get a job without attending college or university. As long as the youth have good capacities and high sense of responsibilities, they can be in high-ranking positions.
