This is about 40 % higher than the proportion of water in California, and the figure is greater than seven times worldwide, at 8%. However, in worldwide approximately three-quarters of the water used for agriculture, while only 28% in California and 17% in San Diego County, which is the least fraction.In terms of water usage for industry, just over a third of the water in California used for industrial purpose, and the percentage is slightly higher than in San Diego County and worldwide. The pie charts provide information about (What is that information? The purity of the water, the cost of the water, the mineral content of the water, or some other attribute? "Information about" tells the reader nothing about what is plotted. ) the water used for residential, industrial and agricultural purposes in San Diego County, California, and worldwide.

(You fell right into the devious trap set by the people who made this exercise. Do you know what the trap is? Hint: If the reader reads this sentence they think that the figure has two pie charts. The first pie chart is the county of San Diego, California and the second pie chart is worldwide.)
