IELTS Task 1 The charts show the distribution of employment among agriculture, industry and service in three country in 1980 and 2020.

The bar charts compare the rate of human resources distributed to agriculture, industry and service among three nations over the period of 2 decades.
Overall, the percentage of people employed in agriculture in all countries has fallen remarkably over the period shown while more and more workers tend to find job in service industries. Besides, has accounted for the highest share of employment among these countries, except country B.
In 1980, country B was an agricultural country with more than two-thirds of people working in agriculture, which was six times as high as that of country C. This country distributed nearly 40% and nearly 70% of human resources to industrial and service markets, respectively. There were no significant differences between those departments in country B (around 20%). Meanwhile, the figure for country A's industry was 30%, which was 25% less than that of country A's services.
In 2020, although country B tend to remain its developing direction with a half of employment being in agriculture, there will be more workers finding job in 2 remaining departments, with around 40%. Services will still be an attractive market on both country A and country C with 57% and 80%, respectively. Regarding their distribution of employment in industry and services, there will be downward trends. Interestingly, just 0.3% of human resources will be distributed to agriculture of the former.
