IELTS Task 1 (table)

The table indicates the percentage of consumption in five countries on different items, namely food, drinks, tobacco; clothing, footwear and leisure, education in 2002.

It is noticeable that the greatest consumption was found in food, drinks, tobacco. While leisure and education cited at the least of spending.

In the year of 2002, Turkey had a trend in both three groups that were recommended. It cited at the greatest numbers in the first two categories, which remained at 32.14% and 4.35%. In the second place, Ireland expenditure of food, drinks, tobacco held a very approximately 29%. While in Italy, the amount spending on clothing, footwear was slightly higher, stayed at 9%.

As can be seen from the table, Sweden had the lowest rate in food, drinks, tobacco and clothing, footwear; which stayed at nearly 16% and over 5%. On the other hand, there was also a fall in the group relating to food, namely Italy and Spain. Ireland, Spain and Turkey were similarly remained at over 6% in clothing and footwear proportion. Nevertheless, in leisure, education group, Spain had 1.98% and was presented as the least. In this group also, the other countries just ranged from 2 to 3 percent.
