IELTS task 1 (MAP) - Please help me by reviewing this essay

I've managed to finish an IELTS task 1 essay on MAP type. Could you please take your time to review it for me!

The following is my essay:
The two maps of Islip town center show information about currently and in the planned development.
Overall, Islip town center will undergo a number of significant modifications, which include the expansion of the town center areas and the establishment of various facilities. These infrastructure changes will transform Islip into a more urbanized town.
At present, the main road runs through the entire town from West to East, but its middle segment will be transformed to pedestrians. Also, there will be a construction of dual carriageway which runs around the center. To the North, the countryside is planned to disappear due to the expansion of the town center, and shops on the North of the main road now will be replaced by bus station, shopping center, car park and some new houses.
To the South of Islip town center, shops on the South of the main road will still remain in their same location, but some houses near the shops they will be moved to the North-East corner of the center which is next to the dual carriageway in the development plan. Another noticeable change is that the park will be narrowed to make way for new housing. Finally, the school and housing in the North of Islip will still remain.
