The maps below show the Marlton Gallery before and after it was renovated.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The two maps illustrate the changes taking place in Marlton Gallery after its renovation.
Overall, the gallery is no longer a two-story building with a roof garden as it used to be but now has three floors with the addition of some rooms. It is also noticeable that the locations and the sizes of the rooms differ.
From top to bottom, from left to right, a roof garden was removed and reconstructed into a new floor consisting of two rooms, the education center and the media room. Additionally, the lift was extended to the third floor, separating those two rooms. As for the floor downstairs, because the media room was relocated to the upper floor, space is now for the special exhibition, which used to be on the first floor. It also doubled in size, whereas the coffee shop remains unchanged.
The floor on the ground also underwent several changes, beginning with building stairs inside the gift shop, making the room smaller. The site titled "front desk" was split in half, one for the coatroom and the remaining for the front desk. Also, a parking lot was constructed on the other side of the floor to replace the old special exhibition.
