The figure showed the average amount of time spent each day by groups of tourists from China, America, Turkey, and Brazil on three different types of activities while on holiday in Greece in August 2019. The three activities were reading, traveling, and going to the beach.

Overall, reading books was the most preferred holiday activity, followed by going to the beach. By contrast, tourists spent the least time visiting attractions.

Chinese tourists spent the longest time reading books around 8 hours a day. By contrast, spending time at the beach was the most preferred activity by the Brazilian tourist group, with exactly 6 hours a day. American tourists and Turkish tourists spent the same amount of time traveling. Similarly, The Turkish tourist group spent the same number of hours reading as the Brazilian group. While the Chinese spent twice the amount of time reading books as the Turkish and Brazilian, American and Turkish tourists spent three times as much as Chinese tourists regarding the number of hours spent traveling.
