Ielts task 1

Please help me check my writing, many thanks.

The given visual illustrates the proportion of housing owned and employed in the UK in 1991 and 2007.

Overall, it is clear that in 1991 and 2007 the percentage of homeowners is the highest and social housing is the lowest.

As can be seen from the chart, the number of houses in 2007 (27 million) is more than in 1991 ( 22 million ). The proportion of house owners in 2007 accounted for approximately three-quarters of the total. Afterward, social renting and private renting had the same percentage ( about 12,5 % of the total ) and social housing has the lowest proportion ( almost 5 %).

Look at the charts in more detail, in 1991 the percent of house owners made up 55%, it was much less than in 2007. Followed, social renting has a percentage of almost 25% and equaled the total percentage of private renting and social housing. Comparison between 2 years: 1991 and 2007, the proportions of social renting and social housing were all higher than in 2007 and private housing almost the same.
