The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Given are the table illustrating the amount of visitors to Ashdown Museum in the years before and after being refurbished and the charts indicating the levels of satisfaction of visitors during the same two period.
Overall, after refurbishment, there were more guesses to the museum than before and people were also more satisfied with new status of the museum. Before reaching 92000 visitors during the year after refurbishment, the museum had totally 74000 visitors. In the year before refurbishment, more than a third of visitors who felt dissatisfied and only a few people fell the opposite and vice versa in the year after refurbishment.
With regard to visitor’s satisfaction, the proportion of dissatisfied visitors plummeted from 40 percent to 15 percent in the two years. Adversely, satisfied and very satisfied individuals saw a significant rise, respectively by 10 percent and 20 percent. Meanwhile, there was a slight decline in the percentage of very dissatisfied group and no response people remained unchanged at five percent during the period in question.

It is therefore suggested that the overview be one separate paragraph which contains no detail, so that the examiner can easily tick this box. Mixing detail with the overview statements would make it more time-consuming for the examiner to identify whether the criterion has been met.
