The diagrams below show the life cycle of the silkworm and the stages in the production of silk cloth.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Given is the diagram illustrating the circle of the silkworm life and the manufacture of silk cloth.

In term of silkworm life cycle, they overcome four times changing their shapes. First, a mature silkworm lays its eggs on leaves in murberry trees. Within ten days, after being hatched, silkworm larvas begin eating the leaves which is the only food supply. They then are covered with silk thread after four to six weeks. It also takes them to three to eight next days to live in cocoon. Finally, they become adult moths after sixty days and the life cycle begins again.

With regard to the production of silk cloth, there are some simple stages. Cocoon which is selected is boiled in suitable degrees. After that, it is unwinded and thread from 300 to 900 meter long. Next, fibers are twisted; in this phase, they are dyed at the lame same time or likely to leave it to the next stage. Finally, they are weaved and dyed to be available for consumption
