Wearing uniforms is popular in schools, but some people argue that it might cause damage to children's individuality. What is your opinion?

While wearing uniforms is common in many schools, some people think that it may harm a child's personality. I am of the opinion that wearing uniforms do not damage a child's individuality. Further, wearing uniforms help bring about a sense of belonging among children studying in a school.
