Popular events like the football World Cup and other international sporting occasions are essential in easing international tensions and releasing patriotic emotions in a safe way.

Nobody can argue that sport fascinates many people. Some sports like football seem more amazing to people than others. For each sport there is a World Cup Championship separately. But Olympic matches include all kind of sports. Both of them are happens every four years while whole world is waiting to watch which international team wins the World Cup and who is the star of games.

There is no doubt that international sport championships help to develop economy of the countries in where they are happening. Tourists not only come to those countries to watch matches but also spend their money to have a great deal of fun. Besides developing economy in host countries, people can be introduced to cultures of other countries by means of tourism industry. This helps them to forget the hostilities among countries and to see the whole world as a unified place for living all people friendly.

On the other hand, international sporting events excite patriotic emotions all over the world and the people wish their countries to be the winner of the matches. In this situation, the supremely important role of a governor is to conduct these emotions to a right and safe way to avoid any rebelling state. For example, we are seeing people in some countries who break down everything in their path when their favorite team is defeated. Although this kind of patriotism can be harmful, it can unite a country to reach their goal if it is controlled in a desired way by the governor.

To conclude with, a country can exploit international sporting events to boom economy and to unite its people against some difficulties.
