People are informed about their products and services through these ads, and they consider all aspects while buying those things. Businesses use mass media to inform public so that they can take into account their products. People would not be able to buy better quality products if there were no ads in our lives. Most Japanese, for example, only consider those banks for opening their bank accounts which provide ads on TV or financial magazines since they want to take an informed decision for their savings and banking needs.Another advantage for advertisements is that they create awareness among public. Governments use various media channels to make populace aware of critical issues, such as extreme weather, cyclone and hurricane so that people can make arrangements accordingly. In other words, government-sponsored campaigns are used to make people aware of dangers. This helps people to take effective measures in order to avert crises. The incumbent government of Africa, for instance, often use newspapers and billboards to inform its citizens about the dangers of dengue fever, and how it can be avoided. By doing this, the number of dengue patients has been substantially reduced there.In conclusion, I totally agree that advertisements play a key role in our daily lives. This is because it helps people in decision making and creates awareness about critical problems.

(You did not answer the topic question. It asks this: "Is advertising good for our lives or is is bad? The question you answered is this: "Is advertising important for our lives?" Also, many of your points are public service announcements, not advertising.)
