You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country.

Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently a sales manager at a car factory and I take very large interest in boosting the number of cars sold of my factory. That’s why I am writing to inquire some information about your upcoming Trade Promotion Seminar which I saw on an advertisement from Facebook a few days ago.

I would be very grateful if you could send me a schedule regarding the exact date and time and the activities of the event. The seminar, which I believe, will be held in London. Since I have never been to London before, I am unaware of the expenses that may arise while staying in there, so a budgetary will help me prepare my trip economically.

As I mentioned earlier, this will be my first time in London. For this reason, your gentle recommendation of an ideal hotel will be highly appreciated because you know have the best idea of the place.
