The above line graph illustrates the amount of individuals that use the underground station in London. It is shown that these commuters mostly take the train in the morning and evening.

The peak hours of travel is shown to be around 8 in the morning where about 400 people take the train and almost same number of people take the train in the evening around 6-7 pm. There is also slight increase in the number of individuals taking the train in the afternoon around lunch time with approximately 300 people.

Compared to the morning hours, the train usually carries a lot less customers very early in the morning at 6 am and also late afternoon at 3 pm with as little as 100 people. Similarly, late at night the train takes about 120 persons throughout the night.

Overall, the underground stations are full during rush hours when people start to go about their lives, and lowest number of travellers are seen mostly early mornings and late afternoons.

This is not in keeping with what is written above the graph. You give the impression that you are discussing a particular station. If you are not, you should write stations. The underlined word should start with a small s.
