In recent years, newspapers still play significant roles in our life although there are many people using the Internet to read news. In my opinion, I partly agree with this idea. Discussed below are several reasons supporting for my perspective.

The keeping of reading newspapers can be seen as positive for both personal and broader traditional reasons. On an individual level, people do not use technological tools to read news; a rise in the number of such individuals can be seen as a good way. In fact, due to not having some devices such as televisions, smartphones, or radios, it can reduce problems of some diseases about eyes, joints of hands, or legs. For some other reason, industries of printing press will have opportunities to develop in each area in particular and in worldwide in general instead of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Zalo. From the traditional position, the trend towards reading sources of news in newspapers will stabilize an old-fashioned model of previous generations. This is likely to person who want to protect the values of the old culture in our life.

However, we should not turn a blind eye to the necessity of the Internet, also the technology of modern life. Initially, rather than drawbacks of using technological tools, people can find more useful information. For example, with a smartphone which can allows people to access the Internet, individuals can hold all the facts of the global areas such as information about the Corona pandemic which is not indicated in newspapers. Secondly, it does not waste time or space of people when people want to travel anywhere, in this sense, perhaps newspapers are not rival of the Internet.

To sum up, the above mentioned facts have outlined my view of this issue. As far as I am concerned, people should consider about benefits of both the Internet and traditional newspapers, and then decide to use a method which brings convenience to human.
