The two pie charts provided reveals the promotion of 6 ways Australian customers prefer to accessing media over a 3 year period (2012- 2015).

Overall, it was clear that there was a declined in the prevalence of most media. In contrast, the usage of the internet and books grew over the period.

To be specific, in 2012 Watching TV and using the internet were the most prominent, which accounts for 63 percent and 47 percent, respectively. In addition, the same figure less than a third of Australian people reported that they read books and newspapers. The least common forms of media in 2012 were listening to the radio (22 percent) and reading magazines (18 percent).

Interestingly, it had the change in the kind of media Australian’s citizens favored to use in 2015. Although the TV was the most popular sort of entertainment in 2012, by 2015 it fell gently at 60 percent. On the other hand, the upward trend seen that the internet, which rose significantly at three fifths during the period. Listening to the radio went down by 7 percent and reading newspapers fell by 10 percent. As for reading newspapers, this was great decline at 13 percent, to 17 percent in 2015. However, reading books increased almost 33 percent in 2015, likewise using the internet saw the highest growth, from 47 percent in 2012 to 60 percent in 2015.
