The given table depicts the volume of five kinds of vehicles which were registered in three different years 2010, 2012, 2014

Overall, while passenger vehicles were always the highest in all three years, the opposite was true for light trucks. In addition, the number of five types of registered transportations wholly witnessed an upward trend.

In 2010, the passenger vehicles registered stood at the biggest number 11800000. At the same time, there were 106000 light trucks registered in Australia and it was lower significantly than others. Also, the figures for commercial vehicles, motorcycles, heavy trucks were displayed respectively 2300000, 540000, and 384000.

Over the following four years, in 2014, the passenger vehicles registered increased by 10,2% and still stood at the greatest number 13000000. It is noticeable that the motorcycles saw the most dramatic growth by 30,3% from 540000 to 709000. Besides, the data relating to light trucks was the least in spite of the sustainable rise by 23.5%.
