Some people claim that prison is considered as a best place to keep all criminals. While others said argue that alternative ways will me more effective. Im my opinion, I believe that flexiable will bring more positive side for the society.

First of all, not all crimes are the same, hence the punishment als vary according to the severty of the crime commited. Therefore, imprisonment of all crimes has a negative effect in the society. This solution against the fair and egalitarian society. Moreover, goverment have to allocate a large amount of money in mainting prisoners. Also, it is apparent that juvenile offenders and others criminals who have been jailed for comparatively minor offences must be allowed a second chances to redesign their lives. For instance, with the low-level offenders shold be made as a volunteers in their communities instead of being put behind the bars. This will give offenders an opportunities to gain skill in their work and useful in their society. Furthermore, using taxes effectively and social reintegratation of ex-prisoners later on.

However, a brutal offenders who commit henious crimes like muders, rapes, drugs and so on should be imprisoned to set example in the society. In these cases, imprisonment of dangerous criminals will creat the safety in the society. Making the longer prison sentences with the serious offender is considered as an effective alarm red light to whover may think about commiting crimes.

In conclusion, someone without the previous record of crimes and sensible reason for a slight misconduct should be treated differently than a serial killer. I will stand my believe that the objjective of the law systems id to maintain peace in the society, not to imprison people.
