As for writing, there are plenty of free IELTS practice writing assignments on the internet, as well as interview topics (just google those terms); however you will not find much to assess your abilities without an instructor who can read, listen to, and evaluate your efforts.

Hi Doanxuanquy
What are score are you aiming for? The IELTS is used in different ways by different places. Once you are clear about what you are aiming for, then your decisions for study become clearer. If you are at an intermediate level and are aiming for an intermediate type score (e.g. a 5 - 6) then I suggest that you use the IELTS resources available on the web and get ready for the test.
