These days, more and more people believe that the decisions should be made by only leaders in the company while others say that employees also play an important role when planing or discussing a project. In my opinion, I think both ideas have significant benefits.

On the one hand, there are two advantages of making decisions by employers alone. First, it may help companies or factories save a huge amount of time. This is because they do not have to wait for acceptance from other people. Second, all responsibilities are taken by managers. So it may help employees to reduce stress, and they may focus on working better.
On the other hand, there are several benefits when employees take part in the process of making decisions. First of all, the project or plan may be provided and repaired better. As a result, a large number of mistakes may be found and fixed by employees, or the leaders may find more effective solutions when they have problems. Second, joining the decision-making process can help people earn more experience, especially young employees. This is because they may learn a lot of knowledge, such as building ideas and resolving issues. So they may provide the independent learning skill and make more value for the company.
In conclusion, although making decisions by only leaders has advantages of saving time and cutting down the stress, employees who take part in the decision-making process also has profits of acquiring experience and reducing the risk. In my view, there is nothing more significant than the other.
