I.e. and e.g.

Do you personally include the full stops in the following abbreviations?

et al. instead of 'et al'
etc. instead of 'etc'
e.g. instead of 'eg'
i.e. instead of 'ie'

And would you use a comma after 'e.g.' and 'i.e.'? I think the commas are unnecessary after these abbreviations, do you?
