1) to get one's teeth into smth. E

2) to do your best B ( It's the same wording exactly )

3) to keep one's nose to the grindstone A or D

4) to put one's shoulders shoulder to the wheel A

5) to turn one's hands hand to something C

6) to work double tides I've never heard this. It's not really an idiom.
