Idioms

Can you help me with some expressions?
1) "Don't you think too that this is a MOST SUITABLE city for children?" Meaning: a city where children can live well (out-of-style characterization of "most" intended).
2) "After the dinosaurs were wiped out from the earth, ALL WE'RE LEFT WITH as reminder are bones." Is this fundamentally correct? Or how would you better express this?
3) Can you sy that something "GIVES YOU THE SHAKE?" Ex.: a strong cup of coffe in the morning "wakes you up".
4) "The man is a loner. HE DOESN'T NEED ANYTHING OTHER THAN HIMSELF"? Is this sentence "agile"? If not, how would you make it more "light"? Maybe: "...doesn''t need anything but..." (but does it have exactly the same meaning?

Thank you
Antonio

" Most suitable is superlative, and is best used with the definite article. " Your sentence seems to imply that humans and dinosaurs were together and they died and we didn't. Of course the dinos also left us the birds as their heirs.
