idioms

Hi, is there an idiom in English that would say "I have so many things to do that I do not know what to do first"?
In Slovak we have idioms like "I don't know where to jump first" or "I don't know where my head stands", etc. Do these idioms exist also in English? And if not, could you please give me some examples of English idioms with this meaning? Thanks
