Idioms?

I was transcribing a British conversation and one sentence turned out to be:
" I'm pay for justin and britney were really meant to be together. They both came from America

the "I'm pay" sounds odd to me but that's the only words which would match to the sounds I heard.

Please tell me if it is correct or not. Thank you

No, it isn't correct. Can you upload the sounds? I would think that it will be; I'll say (that) Justin and Britney were really meant to be together.
