Dear teachers,

What would an English doctor say to his patient on seeing him/her ? :

a) Now then, what seems to be the problem ?(idiomatic ?)

OR

b) What’s wrong with you ?

If the doctor is English, A is more likely.

Though my doctor says: 'how can I help?'.

I'll be interested to see whether doctors elsewhere differ.
