Could you please let me know if the following sentences are idiomatic?
We have again received complaints this morning regarding the DDA doors in the building. The residents are not happy that the doors keep failing at night when I am not around. I know the engineer attended and fixed it on Tuesday. But we need to know why the doors keep going down even when it does not rain.
