Does this sentence sound idiomatic?

Sushi is not for everyone. <== some people are allergic to fish

I don't think so... Sushi mainly consists of rice, and some seafood on top. But there is not a must for the seafood, you can add something else like red meat also.

I don't think so...

Sushi mainly consists of rice, and some seafood on top.
But there is not a must for the seafood, you can add something else like red meat also.
To conclude, it is not idiomatic in my opinion,
perhaps you can use seafood instead?
